What is USA Rare Earth’s strategy?

USA Rare Earth is building a globally integrated rare earth value chain spanning mining & processing, metal and alloy-making, and magnet manufacturing. The company's mission is to build the world's leading rare earth value chain and partner of choice for rare earth elements, oxides, metals, alloys, and magnets.

By integrating and connecting key stages of the rare earth value chain, from mining raw material feedstock to creating finished permanent magnets, our “mine-to magnet” strategy will help improve security, reliability, and long-term economics across key industries including semiconductors robotics, aerospace and defense, health care and more.

What is Serra Verde?

Serra Verde owns the Pela Ema rare earth mine and processing plant in Goiás, Brazil. With more than $1 Billion already invested, Serra Verde is one of the world’s most advanced rare earth projects and the only scaled producer of all four magnetic rare earths outside Asia and a key link in USA Rare Earth's globally integrated mine to magnet value chain.

Serra Verde has a 100% offtake agreement for the Phase 1 production of the Pela Ema mine with a special purpose vehicle capitalized by various U.S. Government agencies, as well as private capital sources. This offtake agreement comes with guaranteed price floors for its magnetic rare earths, including the industry's first and only price floors for heavy rare earths dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb).

What is the Round Top project?

Round Top, in Sierra Blanca, Texas, is one of the largest known deposits of heavy rare earths and critical minerals in North America. We are developing Round Top to support domestic supply of elements including dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb) over time.
